Stephen Speer is the Founder and CEO of eCommerce Lending, Inc. His lending career spans over 28 years. His company, eCommerce Lending Inc, has funded over $1 billion in online business acquisition loans, making it the #1 source for online business acquisition financing and the exclusive recommended lender for nearly all the top online business brokerage firms in the country. Stephen lives in Florida with his wife of 30 years and their 4 older children. He is an avid fan of Formula 1.
Bill Vandeven
Senior VP of Lending Operations
Bill Vandeven is the Senior Vice President of Lending Operations at eCommerce Lending Inc. He has over 20 years of extensive lending experience. During his successful career, he has worked for several prominent lending institutions, including Wells Fargo, BankUnited, and First Home Bank. He has helped source and facilitate financing for hundreds of ecommerce business acquisition deals and understands the nuances of both product and SAAS transactions. Bill and his wife of 17 years live in Florida along with their sweet dog, Ella. He is deeply involved in the community and belongs to the American Legion, where he works to promote children’s programs.
Rocky Cleborne
Managing Director of Business Acquisitions
Rocky Cleborne has over 30 years of successful entrepreneurial experience, including running eCommerce businesses. This, coupled with his extensive financial services background, enables him to help other entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of business ownership. He lives in New Hampshire with his wife of over 40 years, enjoys spending time with his family, and water & snow skiing. Rocky volunteers his time as a director of the New Hampshire Boat Museum.
Brian Dobis
Managing Director of Capital Markets
Brian Dobis is our Managing Director of Capital Markets. He has 20 years of commercial banking and private credit experience and has served He has served as Managing Director at a private credit fund and Director of Commercial Banking for a publicly traded community bank. His substantial M&A expertise will allow eCommerce Lending to continue expanding its role in serving middle market business acquisition clients within the online business community by helping them secure financing within the Capital Markets. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling, skiing, and playing golf.
